ft.onf(이하 "당사")는 ft.onf 모바일 애플리케이션("서비스")을 운영하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하고 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
- 계정 정보: 이메일 주소, 닉네임, 프로필 사진 (소셜 로그인 시 제공되는 정보)
- 위치 정보: GPS를 통한 실시간 위치 데이터 (러닝 경로 기록 및 지도 표시)
- 건강 및 피트니스 정보: 러닝 거리, 시간, 페이스, 케이던스, 심박수 등 (웨어러블 기기 포함)
- 기기 정보: 기기 모델, OS 버전, 앱 버전
- 언어 및 지역 정보: 서비스 제공을 위해 기기에 설정된 언어 및 지역 정보를 수집합니다 (현지화된 콘텐츠 및 기능 제공 목적)
- 사진/미디어: 이용자가 직접 업로드하는 프로필 사진 또는 러닝 관련 이미지
- 푸시 알림 토큰: 앱 알림 전송을 위한 FCM 토큰
- 수면 소리 분류 정보: 수면 측정 중 감지된 소리에서 추출한 음향 특징(주파수 특성값 및 시간·주파수 스펙트로그램)과 분류 카테고리(자동 분류 결과 및 이용자가 직접 분류·수정한 라벨)를 수집합니다. 원본 녹음 파일은 서버로 전송하지 않고 이용자 기기에만 저장되며, 일정 기간(약 14일) 경과 후 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 서버에 저장되는 음향 특징은 주파수 에너지를 요약·가공한 형태로, 원래 음성으로 온전히 복원하기 어렵습니다.

3. 데이터 저장 및 보안
- 이용자의 데이터는 Firebase(Google Cloud Platform)를 통해 안전하게 저장됩니다.
- 당사는 개인정보 보호를 위해 업계 표준 보안 조치(전송 구간 암호화, 접근 통제 등)를 시행합니다.
- 러닝 데이터는 기기에 저장되며, 이용자의 동의하에 클라우드와 동기화됩니다.
4. 제3자 서비스
당사 앱은 다음 제3자 서비스를 이용합니다. 각 서비스는 자체 개인정보처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.

6. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
이용자의 개인정보는 서비스 이용 기간 동안 보유하며, 회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 관련 법령에 의해 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
- 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률: 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록 5년

7. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법
이용자의 개인정보는 목적 달성 후 별도의 DB에 옮겨져 내부 방침 및 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 저장된 후 파기됩니다. 전자적 파일은 복구 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제합니다.

9. 위치 정보 이용
앱은 러닝 경로 기록을 위해 GPS 기반의 위치 정보를 수집합니다. 위치 정보는 러닝 중에만 수집되며, 이용자가 위치 권한을 해제하면 수집이 중단됩니다.
10. 마케팅 활용 (선택 동의)
당사는 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우에 한하여 아래의 마케팅 목적으로 개인정보를 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 이벤트, 프로모션, 신규 기능 안내
- 맞춤형 콘텐츠 추천 및 광고성 정보 제공
- 푸시 알림을 통한 마케팅 메시지 전송
마케팅 정보 수신은 선택 사항이며, 동의하지 않더라도 기본 서비스 이용에는 제한이 없습니다. 이용자는 언제든지 앱 내 마이페이지에서 마케팅 수신 동의 여부를 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 즉시 반영됩니다.

ft.onf ("we", "us") operates the ft.onf mobile application ("the Service"). We value your personal information and comply with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Email address, nickname, profile photo (provided through social login)
- Location Data: Real-time GPS location data (for recording running routes and map display)
- Health and Fitness Data: Running distance, time, pace, cadence, heart rate, etc. (including via connected wearables)
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, app version
- Language and Region Information: We collect the language and region settings configured on your device for service provision (to deliver localized content and features)
- Photos / Media: Profile photos or running-related images uploaded by the user
- Push Notification Token: FCM token used for sending in-app notifications
- Sleep Sound Classification Data: Acoustic features (frequency-characteristic values and time–frequency spectrograms) extracted from sounds detected during sleep tracking, together with their category labels (both automatic classifications and labels you manually assign or correct). The original recording files are never transmitted to our servers; they are stored only on your device and are automatically deleted after a limited period (approximately 14 days). The acoustic features stored on our servers are summarized, processed representations of frequency energy and cannot be fully reconstructed back into the original audio.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Account registration and identity verification
- Storing running records and providing statistics and performance analysis
- Tracking running routes and displaying them on the map
- Providing running spot recommendations
- Providing ranking and community features
- Collecting and syncing health data via Apple Watch / Wear OS
- Delivering content and features tailored to the user's language and region settings
- Improving app performance and user experience
- Improving the accuracy of sleep sound classification (e.g., snoring, teeth grinding), enhancing the automatic classification feature, and training classification models
3. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is securely stored via Firebase (Google Cloud Platform).
- We apply industry-standard security measures (transport encryption, access controls, etc.) to protect your personal information.
- Running data is stored on your device and synced to the cloud only with your consent.
4. Third-Party Services
Our app uses the following third-party services. Each service processes information under its own privacy policy.
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Analytics, Cloud Messaging)

5. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:

- When required by law or by a lawful request from investigative authorities
6. Data Retention Period
Personal information is retained during your use of the Service and destroyed without delay upon account deletion. Where retention is required by law, the data is kept for the relevant period.
- Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce: 5 years for records of contracts or withdrawals
- Protection of Communications Secrets Act: 3 months for access logs
7. Data Destruction
After the purpose of collection has been fulfilled, personal information is moved to a separate database and destroyed after the retention period required by internal policy and applicable law. Electronic files are permanently deleted in an unrecoverable manner.
8. Your Rights
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information
- Request suspension of processing
- Delete your account from in-app settings and request deletion of related data
- Opt out of further data collection by uninstalling the app
9. Use of Location Information
The app collects GPS-based location information solely for recording running routes. Location is collected only while running and stops when you revoke the location permission.
10. Marketing Use (Optional)
We may use your personal information for the following marketing purposes only with your prior consent:
- Notices about events, promotions, and new features
- Personalized content recommendations and advertising information
- Marketing messages sent via push notifications
Receiving marketing communications is optional, and declining consent does not restrict your use of core services. You may change your marketing consent at any time from the My Page menu in the app, and the change takes effect immediately.

- 睡眠音の分類情報: 睡眠測定中に検出された音から抽出した音響特徴(周波数特性値および時間・周波数スペクトログラム)と分類カテゴリ(自動分類の結果、およびユーザーが自ら分類・修正したラベル)を収集します。元の録音ファイルはサーバーへ送信せず、ユーザーの端末にのみ保存され、一定期間(約14日)経過後に自動的に削除されます。サーバーに保存される音響特徴は周波数エネルギーを要約・加工した形式であり、元の音声へ完全に復元することは困難です。

ユーザーの個人情報は本サービスの利用期間中保有し、退会時に遅滞なく破棄します。ただし、関連法令により保存が必要な場合は該当期間中保管します。

- 通信秘密保護法: アクセスログ記録 3ヶ月
7. 個人情報の破棄手続き
個人情報は目的達成後、別途のデータベースへ移管され、内部方針および関連法令に従い一定期間保管された後破棄されます。電子ファイルは復元不可能な方法で完全に削除します。

- 退会(アプリ内設定から可能)および関連データの削除要求
- アプリ削除による追加データ収集の拒否
9. 位置情報の利用
当アプリはランニングルート記録のためにGPSベースの位置情報を収集します。位置情報はランニング中のみ収集され、ユーザーが位置情報の権限を解除すると収集は停止されます。
10. マーケティング利用 (選択同意)
当社は、ユーザーが事前に同意した場合に限り、以下のマーケティング目的で個人情報を利用することがあります。
- イベント、プロモーション、新機能のお知らせ
- パーソナライズされたコンテンツの推薦および広告情報の提供
- プッシュ通知によるマーケティング関連メッセージの送信
マーケティング情報の受信は任意であり、同意しなくても基本サービスの利用に制限はありません。ユーザーはいつでもアプリ内「マイページ」からマーケティング受信同意の有無を変更でき、変更は即時反映されます。
